1. Who we are
EdulabsAI (“EdulabsAI”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI-assisted lesson-planning platform for K-12 educators. These terms form a binding agreement between you and EdulabsAI.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and a teacher, administrator, or school staff member to create a teacher account. Student accounts are created and managed by their teacher or school. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Beta service & no charge
EdulabsAI is currently offered free of charge during a beta period. We collect no payment information and there is nothing to buy. Because the service is in beta, features may change, break, or be removed, and we may impose reasonable usage limits.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the topics, prompts, and materials you provide, and of the lesson content generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated material for accuracy and suitability before using it with students.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use EdulabsAI only for lawful, educational purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not misuse the service, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, or use it to generate harmful or infringing content.
6. AI-generated content
Lesson plans, slides, quizzes, and worksheets are generated by AI and may contain errors or omissions. They are a starting point, not a finished product. You are the professional educator and remain responsible for what you teach.
7. Intellectual property
The EdulabsAI platform, brand, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software beyond the right to use the service as intended.
8. Termination
You may stop using EdulabsAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. We will make reasonable efforts to let you export your data before termination where practical.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” during beta, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes we will notify you through the product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
