What’s in the agreement
The generated PDF contains the full DPA text with your school’s name and contact details filled in. In summary, it covers:
- Roles — your school is the controller; EdulabsAI is the processor.
- Scope — processing is limited to running the EdulabsAI service (generation, quizzes, worksheets, progress tracking).
- Data categories — teacher accounts, student names and usernames, and scores. No special-category data required.
- Processor obligations — process only on your instructions, confidentiality, security measures, breach notification, and deletion/return of data.
- No training, no ads, no sale — student data is never used to train AI models, for advertising, or sold.
- Sub-processors — Supabase, Anthropic, Vercel, and Unsplash, each with its named role (see our security page).
- Compliance — FERPA, COPPA, and GDPR as applicable, with signature blocks for both parties.
