1. Reporting infringement
If you believe content on EdulabsAI infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at support@edulabsai.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”.
2. What your notice must include
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and where it is located.
- Your contact information (address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with equivalent detail. We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant.
4. Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
